Ingredients
- 1 cup of atta flour (You can buy this flour at grocery stores)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tsp of ghee/butter
- 65 ml of warm water
Method
- Prepare dough by mixing together 1 cup of atta flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp ghee and just enough water
- Knead well
- Keep aside for 45 mins
- Take some dough and make into small balls (size half of a tennis ball)
- Dust with wheat flour/atta flour
- Roll in rolling pin
- Roast both sides on wok
