- 150 gm butter
- 150 gm icing sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
(B)
- 300 gm corn flour (sieved)
- 30 gm milk powder
- 60 gm plain flour (sieved)
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
(C)
150 gm corn flour (sieved)
Method
- Beat all ingredients (A) butter and icing sugar till creamy then add egg yolk one by one and egg white
- Then FOLD in ingredients (B).
- Fold in additional 150gm of corn flour (C)
- Put in oven, bake at 150 celcius for 15 mins
- Cool well before storage
