
Ingredients
- 4 medium size potatoes
- 8 shallots
- 1 bulb garlic
- 2 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 dried chillies
- 10 curry leaves
- 2 green / red chillies
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp ghee
- 3 medium size tomatoes
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Chicken stocks cube (It’s healthier to omit this and replace with blend ikan bilis instead although chicken stocks taste much better)
Method
- Heat cooking oil in a wok
- Add in mustard seeds
- Add in the rest of the ingredients
- Cover lid and cook for 30-40 mins
