
Ingredients
- Soaked Dhal for 1 hour (removed soaked water coz it contains lotsa gas!)
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 stalk curry leaves
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tbsp ghee
- Salt
- 1-2 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 chicken stock cube
- 2 cloves
- 1/4 tsp cumin seed
Method
- Heat ghee oil into a pot, quickly add in cut onions, ginger, garlic and mustard seeds, cumin, cloves
- Add in dhal with water 1.5 inch above your dhal
- Add in turmeric, green chillies, salt, tomato, chicken cube
