Ingredients
- 250g dried shrimp (blend)
- 185g shallots
- 40g garlic
- 40g dried chilies (blend)
- 1 1/2 tamarind peel
- 2 tbsp of palm sugar
- 2 – 3 cm of belacan
- oil
Method
- Heat wok oil and add garlic, shallot
- Add chilies paste stir fry.
- Add blended dried shrimp and stir fry
- Add belacan
- Add palm sugar, tamarind peel
- Cook till dry or semi dry.
