Homemade Miso Soup

It’s very easy to make your own miso soup.

Ingredients

  • Miso Paste
  • Tofu
  • 4×3 inch of Kombu
  • Seaweed

Method

  1. Boil 2 bowl of water with kombu till water boil
  2. Remove from heat, add 2 tbsp or half bowl of miso paste in and stir
  3. Take out kombu and cut into slices
  4. Served with cube tofu or homemade tofu with slices of seaweed with rice
