Ingredients
- 2 cups of Sushi Rice
- Fresh cold water
- 1/2 cup of white rice vinegar (it must be sushi vinegar)
- 2 tsp of salt (I use fine sea salt)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 4 inch of kombu

Tips
To avoid rice sticking to your fingers when you shape your sushi, prepare a bowl of water and soaked your hands with water.
