Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of Basmathi Rice
- 3 1/2 cups of water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Wash rice. Then cook over medium heat till water is absorbed.
- Grease a square baking pan with olive oil / butter.
- Put rice into square baking pan and press down hard, press edges and all area.
- Set aside to cool and place into refrigerator bottom part.
- Cut into small squares cube when ready to serve with Satay peanut sauce
