Ingredients
- 1 cup Okara (I’ve toasted my okara here)
- 1 cup of All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- A little bit of water
Method
- Mix flour and okara together with a little bit of water and combine into a dough
- Use noodle maker to roll into noodles or pasta.
- Boil water and cook noodle till soft.
