Pork Broth Soup
- 2 handful pork bones (around 5-6 pork bones)
- 2 carrots (slice)
- handful of chinese celery (slice)
- 4 big red onions (slice 4 parts)
- 4 slices of ginger
- 1 tbsp of black peppercorns
- pepper
- soy sauce
- fish cakes (4 pieces slice each)
- fish balls (around 10 fish balls)
Other ingredients for noodles
- Kuey Teow
- Yellow Noodles
- Tauhu
- Taugeh
Sauce for dipping pork bone meat
- Soy sauce
- chinese celery
- onion
- garlic
- ginger
- pepper
- red chilli (diced)
Method
Wash pork bones make sure it’s clean and boil with 4 cups of water
Put all pork broth soup ingredients and boil for 2 hours
